| Joni began her insurance career in 1991 and joined The Friedman Group in 1993. As a licensed customer service agent in the Commercial Lines Department she is primarily responsible for assisting the commercial clients of Terry Friedman. Joni has been awarded the designation of Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). |
