Customer Service Agent

Paula began her insurance career in 2003 when she joined The Friedman Group as a licensed customer service agent in the Commercial Department, Specialty Lines Division. Paula is available to assist Sandi Swift and service all of the specialty line accounts. She has received the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
