| Shirley joined The Friedman Group in 2003 bringing with her over 25 years of property and casualty insurance experience. As the Personal Lines Manager, she oversees the marketing and customer service functions of the personal lines department. Shirley holds a degree in accounting from Northeast Iowa Community College and in 2008 she earned the designation of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor). She has been involved with several non-profit organizations in the community and is a current member of Women's Leadership Network. |
