After receiving her Associates Degree in business from Scott Community College, Beth joined The Friedman Group in 2002 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent. In 2005 she earned her CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation. Her background in banking and customer service enables her to meet all of your service needs.
