| After graduating from the University of Dubuque with a Bachelor's Degree inn Business Administration, Carisa joined The Friedman Group in October of 2006. In 2008, she earned her designation as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Her background in business and customer service makes her ready to meet the needs of her Personal Lines insurance customers. |
