The Friedman Group mourns the loss of long-time colleague, Linda Van der Meulen

It is with deep sadness and anguish that we share the passing of our beloved co-worker, Linda “Lin” Van der Meulen. 

If you had visited or called our office at any time over the last 34 years, it is likely you were greeted by Lin. Always with a warm smile, she was the face and the voice of our agency. 

But Lin was so much more than that. Known for her unsolicited acts of kindness, wonderful smile, and her genuine interest in our families. She was the best of us, our heart, and we are devastated. 

“Lin was a respected and much-loved member of our team,” said Brenda Green, operations manager at The Friedman Group. “We will miss her more than words can describe.” 

Funeral service for Linda will take place on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 10:30am at Hoffmann Schneider & Kitchen Funeral Home & Crematory.

In accordance with this loss, we ask for your understanding that we are all grieving. In support of Lin’s family, our office will close on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for her funeral.
